Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled pick up date for a full refund.  Orders cancelled within 24 hours pick up date will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. 

Please allow a minimum of three to five business days for us to complete your order (depending on size).
We will communicate via email to confirm the date of your event and to schedule pick up.

Monday thru Friday, 6PM-10PM
Saturday and Sunday, 4PM - 10PM
